I have requested a service request on 2 nd sept but till now no response from dell side .even i have connected more times but they didn't give a positive response .the issue was laptop get heating continously

    I ordered a laptop on 28th july for which estimated delivery date was 2nd august. After several calls and emails I was informed that product will be available in 1st week of September. Even as of now there is no update regarding order and there is no response to my mail. IRN No. IN[protected]

      When i go to dell service center for fan is not working problem, then he is negotiating to do the work after 2-3 days and it is very basic work. But when i say that i have to install SSD then he immediately convinced to do the work right now . Because he is seeing his commission in that case. But after listening to the SSD prize i decide to install it later. and that agent is now decided not to give the laptop, when it is fully installed. Also he is misbehaving me and not listening to my statements and not screw my laptop and also say come after 2-3 days, when all work is almost complete. Also he trying to damage my laptop in CD drive my not screwing correctly. Seeing this i am amazed . I am very dissapointed with dell service center .         I am also experience the same with DELL LAPTOPS since last 8months for machine replacement Dell have lost of excuses to cheat the customers, once purchased the DELL product just forget of your money and u will get nothing from them...they manufactuer only one machine of any series model world wide ..i[censored] had any issues under warrant or in any case of machine replacement is needed, they will have only one answer that they don't have the same to same machine in the entire world, and they will force u to accept refurbished or under rated quality machines. My case ID[protected], I am behind these people past from last October 2021. My sincere request to you all in this group... don't trust Dell brand products and don't. Wast your time, money and energy wiht this qaulity less products...

          I submitted my laptop on August 1st To DivyaSree Greens, Phase-28, Village, , Varthur Hobli, Koramangala, Survey 12/1, 12/2A, 100 Feet Rd, Challaghatta, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560071.

          I have also made payments for the parts that needs to be replaced.

          I have been following up with the Service Center every now and then they say they don't have idea as to when the parts will be delivered nor can they track it or contact anyone to get the status of the parts.

          Dell being such a good company will have such poor communication network was not expected.

          When I call the service center they ask me to speak to customer care and vice versa. This has been going on. I am about to leave Dell

            On August 18, my monitor complaint was registered by calling your toll free number.[protected] and gave a number like this, after constant communication through whatapp and mail (gave them the picture and bill copy they asked for) finally the customer informed me that they can get the shipping address and send the monitor, today again,

            " Dear Anandhu Sasidharan,
            This mail is related to your recent interaction with Dell Tech Support.
            Please take two slips of paper and write your name, case number, date and time on it. Stick
            These paper slip on front and back side of monitor screen

            Capture the monitor images with the paper slips attached and share it with us
            Please refer images in the attachment "

            A mail has been sent, what should I do, please repair my monitor as soon as possible, otherwise you don't have to waste your valuable time, I have never seen such a dirty service for any other product, maximum customer annoyance service from Dell.

              I've brought my laptop (Dell Inspiron core i3)on 11th August 2022 and just by that day onwards this product keeps on freezing .It freezes to such an extent that you can't continue working. I've tried connecting to the Dell support so many times but all they do is Direct me to the same process and when i ask them "will this happen again?" All the time they replied "no ma'am this issue has been fixed by us". But this keeps on happening. They even told us to take the laptop to the local shop I've bought it from but even they were irresponsible and when i told the shopkeeper that I'll complaint about his such behaviour to the Dell company he's associated with, he directly said "I don't care". This might be simply a business to you Dell India but you don't have the slightest idea how badly one would have arranged the money to invest in it because their kids need to study. Not all places have great local education system, so kids these days try to accelerate through online teaching from best of the best teachers across the country. But guess what you even took that opportunity from me. I'm going to give my jee mains and advance paper next year and i need to study for it. My laptop isn't working from the very first day. Each day is important in the life of a jee aspirant and don't bother because it's just a business for you. You guys pressurise students to such an extent that they take wrong steps. I've been thinking about the money my parents put in this laptop and it isn't working. They've brought the wifi connection but the laptop isn't working. All they did so i can continue my online classes with least of disturbances but your product leaves me with nothing but regret for choosing it. Thank you very much to just the business department known as Dell Department for not taking care of any such issue by your customer. And again you might just call to fix it by the same steps which I've been doing all the time as told by your support assists.

                  I have purchased my Dell Vostro 3500 laptop on[protected]. From last 2 -3 months there have been hardware issue related to fan. I have submitted my laptop at Ahmedabad, India on 12-8-22 and they have identified the issue as the same. But still i have not got my laptop back, as they are saying that there is unavailabllity of parts so they are not able to fix it. I have been facing soo many delays because of it. Customer service is the worst, they never pick up calls, not do they respond back. Fed up with this blame game on different reasons. Please fix my problem asap

                    I received my laptop on the 17th of august 2022, The laptop was defective from the day I purchased it. I want to replace it, I contacted the dell service several times and no one is helping me out.
                    My laptop has a strong heating issue, like, it heats up in2 minutes.
                    and it also has some hinge issues. there is a gap between the panel and the body which produces a sound and a strain while opening the lid.
                    I want to replace the system.
                    please help me, I have purchased this laptop for my studies. Already a lot of time has been wasted, please help me.
                    customer service is providing the service setup but I don't want my new laptop to be repaired. why they have sent me defected laptop?

                      I unfortunately bought dell laptop which I didn't used atleast for 8-10 hrs in 3months
                      I got to know it is having issues with few keys in keyboard and screen, I gave complaint just after knowing... no positive response from dell

                      What if any one bought a new laptop and open the laptop after 1month and get to know that they received defected laptop.. still Dell deny the replacement?

                      Atleast it should see the up time and consider..

                        I purchased dell inspiron 5418 on 04.05.2022 at Dell himayathnagar store, Hyderabad telangana. I didn't used the laptop atleast for 24hrs in 3 months. It's having issues with keyboard and screen. Few keys in laptop are not working and the monitor is also having one white line. I gave complaint to dell 10.08.2022. I requested dell for whole unit replacement but they denied.

                        If I want part replacement in 3 months o[censored]se I should have chosen a second hand laptop but why there is a need for a new one?

                        I got to know the truth that they will display 1 yr warranty blah blah blah etc but the truth is they will sell the defected products and in warranty they will replace parts and will make consumers fools.

                        In my mail I requested so many times to raise the fresh request but every time they are forwarding the same mail as denied.

                        Hence I request your Good self to help me in getting the whole unit replacement.

                            Am writing this with the biggest disappointment!
                            We do not think a 3rd rated support which dell is offering and we again suffered a lot with our time and paid money.

                            A brand new laptop - went through hardware issues (restarting complaint) where dell is not agreeing to a laptop replacement.
                            At least part (Motherboard) replacements should be in the fastest manner.
                            For the same laptop - we register and follow up complaints, none of the complaints is accepted/closed by our end.

                            when can we expect the hardware replacement at least?
                            1. Order Placed to Dell Online store: June 17 - 2022
                            2. Invoiced to us - July 02 -2022
                            3. Consignment received - July 08 -2022
                            4. unboxed and register 1 st Complaint - July 20 -2022
                            5. From July 20 to Aug 16 - Following and given the laptop to carry in the service center, Coimbatore ( 2 times)
                            6. Expected complete replacement - Dell not accepted
                            7. finally agreed on the Motherboard replacement. Given the laptop to the CIS center (attached SDAR report)
                            8. Till the time no solution yet.
                            9. Overall Timeline 2 Months since we paid, But Not a single use.
                            10. It's totally unfair that my warranty period is just consuming without any usage.

                              After so many complaints and followups the company technicians came and replaced the touchpad, keypad and motherboard but now the display is not at all working because of which i had to face serious consequences in my work as all my documents are saved on the laptop.
                              The entire laptop along with each and every part is faulty and i want you to either replace the entire laptop or provide me with refund for the whole amount otherwise I will have to take serious actions.

                                  Worst customer service after buying products I have lost 60000 on purchasing dell laptop it's not even working for more than 3 months I asked them replacement but they told there no return even 1000 ruppees electronic gadjet has replacement if it is not working but dell selling duplicate non warrenty products. As one of the customer care person told there no claim after one month o[censored]sage is that dell products work good for one month, I lost money on purschasing "Dell laptop" And hope on this brand and never ever suggest dell laptop for anyone And i raised a 2 connsumer complaints without rectify it they marked my complaints complaints as resolved Case number i have complaint on dell"[protected]" But i didn't get solution such a worst company cheat on their
                                  customer by selling duplicate worst products so stop buying dell products.

                                    I have bought three laptops under PACCIT Consultants LLP.
                                    I have major issues for two of them under warranty.

                                    This laptop bought two months ago has issues with mouse pad and sound. Both are behaving erratically, issue reported and tech support tried however it’s still on ... no solution …

                                    Major issue I am facing on this is it was hanging at times and getting very hot when the lid is closed.
                                    I reported the issue many times and spent tons of hours with your technical guys, they logged in remotely and tried but no success ...
                                    On 1st August I again reported the issue through support assist and they did try couple of things however nothing worked ...I was scared for the heat would cause major damage to the circuitry ...
                                    Once again, I logged a call on 9th August, Mr Sai Krishna took remote access and tried couple of things ... as he was doing something the system booted (I don't know till date if he booted the system or it just happened) after that when system came up, it did not allow me the enter the windows password (screen shot attached), I called again and again and they kept on doing so many things ..no use . I escalated to supervisor Amar, who again asked me to do so many trial and error things, my whole day was wasted in this starting 9:30 AM ...no solution ...It was really frustrating ..I lost business as I could not work on my laptop under warranty.
                                    Amar asked me for screenshots etc and I shared with him.
                                    I had bought the laptop through sales advisor Garima Chopra who said she will be the single point of contact, however she was never available when I wanted her ...every time the call gets disconnected, I had to call again and repeat the whole story ... so frustrating ...the story continued ...finally they said OS had to be reinstalled ... they asked me to take the backup ...I didn’t know how to ...but I managed .
                                    Today morning ...I called tech support again, he was Ankit .. and I ... explained him the story that we need to reinstall the OS and after 30 mins …then it got disconnected . I had told him to call me back ...however I waited and waited…. no one called back, , , , completely frustrated that I cannot work on my laptop ...I went to the Dell service centre in Panaji - pin 403001 and requested them to install OS Windows ... they said it will be charged ...I said fine and paid them RS 944/-
                                    Today I have the laptop with me and I can log in …however I still don’t know what happened and if the issue is resolved after re installing OS. Very frustrating experience isn’t it … that my time and energy and wasted for so many days and that I have to pay for no mistake of mine …. Wow what a tech support ….
                                    I am now looking forward to you to refund my money and make sure my issue is addressed …my next step would be to share my frustration to the social forums so that others don’t suffer the way I have …

                                      I did not receive order confirmation email and order ID till now, my payment has been deducted from my account.
                                      On 9th August 2022, even after 48 hrs of order I did not receive any acknowledgement or order confirmation mail from your side, as well as I failed to contact to customer care number as they cut the call in between. Kindly look into the matter and give an urgent solution.
                                      Kindly do something with the acknowledgement or order confirmation email, because I am very tensed after paying 50K without any payment confirmation from your side.

                                      On 7th August 2022, while ordering a laptop from Dell india online store my payment deducted but order not processed.

                                      Order details are given below:

                                      Date of order : 7th Aug 2022
                                      Material ordered: New Inspiron 14
                                      Laptop Model ordered: Dell Inspiron 14, 5420 Specification of model: 12th gen intel core i3-1215U Dell Purchase ID: IN9000-0001-65419
                                      Order total: Rs. 50, 489.68/-
                                      Method of payment: UPI (gpay)
                                      Transaction ID: 221935425127
                                      Receipt of payment : attached below

                                      On 10th Aug I had received acknowledgement email, that is after 3 days of my order date
                                      During purchasing on 7th Aug it was showing the delivery date as 11th Aug.
                                      But on acknowledgement email, it is showing 22nd August, why I should wait for such long period?
                                      And your customer care no. is a big scam, after long wait, I got the chance to talk but releatedly they cut the call in between.
                                      You are not handling your customer well.
                                      And voluntarily delaying my order, if you can deliver it early then ok, otherwise please refund me, I will never ever purchase anything from dell and will ert my friend through social media and am going to lodge a complaint over consumer forum.
                                      Kindly look into the matter because I value my money as well as my time, my valuable time should not be wasted with those idiots of your call centre.
