The touchpad of the laptop is not working,

Dell has sent me 3 systems, 1st one is faulty as its heat a lot and its processor fan runs continously. it was replaced somehow after so many calls and conatcts.
2nd system which i have received is having manufacturing issue, it back panel was not properly adjusted, it creates sound while opening, there was hinge problem and back panel is opened,
Somehow, I got the replacement . A lot of time has been wasted.

AGAIN, I RECEIVED A NEW SYSTEM, SERVICE TAG 4P5HXR3, I RECEIVED IT 2 DAYS AGO ONLY,
I UPDATED IT BIOS AND ALL THE DRIVERS,
NOW, WHAT HAPPENED IS THAT IT TOUCHPAD HAS STOPPED WORKING TODAY. I HAVE PURCHASED IT 2 DAYS BEFORE PNLY.

I HAVE SPENT RS. 54490 ON THIS LAPTOP AND THEY ARE SENDING ME THE FAULTY SYSTEMS ON REPLACEMENT.
I DON'T KNOW BUT ITS TOUCHPAD IS NOT PROPERLY CONNECTED TO THE PANEL OF THE LAPTOP BODY. ITS INTERNAL PARTS ARE VISIBLE. ITS LOOKS LIKE AN REPAIRED OR REFURBISHED LAPTOP.
I DON'T EXPECT THIS TYPE OF SERVICE FROM DELL,

PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY SO THAT I CAN BUY ANY OTHER MODEL.

I HAVE PURCHASED THIS LAPTOP FOR MY STUDIES . BUT THIS LAPTOP HAS WASTED MY TIME A LOT.
IT'S MY REQUEST TO PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY . I'M NOT SATISFIED WITH THIS MODEL. I WILL BUY ANOTHER DELL LAPTOP BUT WITH DIFFERENT MODEL AND A FRESHED ONE.
PLEASE PLEASE REFUND.

    Although I had received an IRN number on August 19, 2022 indicating the order placed has been received but it has not been confirmed yet. NO further processing has been done. I have not received any information despite making multiple calls and emails to ids: [protected]@dell.com; indiasbonline.[protected]@dell.com and india.[protected]@dell.com;
    No one has given me response explaining the delay in order confirmation or if the order will be placed or not; what about the payment made? How long will I have to keep inquiring about the status?
    Will the product purchase be made; if yes then when will it be delivered?
    It has been a month and 2 days since the process was initiated and not having received any solid response is worrying.

      Hi Team,

      I have been following up since Day1 of the purchase for different issues.

      I have chosen Extended Service 3Y In-Home Hardware Service at the time of purchase, but the website is showing Support Services: Basic Expires 24 JUL 2025

      First year must be common warranty and 3 year extended warranty.. So I have to get the warranty till 2026 July 24.

      You have sold 3 years Extended Service 3Y In-Home Hardware Service and now you are saying that it is only 2 years Extended warranty.

      This is similar to 100% cheating. Please rectify this asap or please forward it to the next level escalation.
      I think Dell has no Customer Value.

      Got Replay from DELL, "1st year warranty includes Carry in service(service center warranty) along with onsite service support warranty extension which is valid for next 3 years so in total your Dell system has 3 years of onsite service support for any hardware related system issues.         I placed online laptop order and the money got deducted from my account.

        After 2 weeks when the delivery date is crossed, the product is not been delivered and no communication made. I called the customer support and they just hung up on me.
        They say my order number is not generated. If I ask what needs to be done or get my call order cancelled, my call gets transferred.

        This is a shocking behaviour from Dell. Just like Nokia, another industry that will come down soon.

        Please help me how to go legal against this.

          Completely fraud company. Their engineer destroyed my laptop and motherboard and many other part. Now my laptop is dead. And theier seniors are behaving rudely with me. I hate dell service.

            Hello,

            I bought my laptop in 2020 from Dell. I have been having problems in my laptop since last 4 months.

            I emailed the customer service a very detailed email with pictures showing the problem and asking help from them. All the customer service has done is to UPDATE the BIOS and DRIVER installed in the system and nothing else.
            My laptop is on warrenty period. My problem is very straight forward. It is not able to detect the Graphics Card. It could be a physical issue also, but the company and the people who have till now handled is not ready to listen and see the actual problem. All they ever do is to update stuff which is not solving any of my problems.

            I have been trying to solve and be pateint and get it properly done since last 3 months with no actual result.

            I formally and very humbly request you to please look into this and help me get this solved and/or get me a new laptop as all my work is done on my laptop.

            Please advice how can I upload a PDF file.

                I ordered a laptop on 28th july for which estimated delivery date was 2nd august. After several calls and emails I was informed that product will be available in 1st week of September. Even as of now there is no update regarding order and there is no response to my mail.                   When i go to dell service center for fan is not working problem, then he is negotiating to do the work after 2-3 days and it is very basic work. But when i say that i have to install SSD then he immediately convinced to do the work right now . Because he is seeing his commission in that case. But after listening to the SSD prize i decide to install it later. and that agent is now decided not to give the laptop, when it is fully installed. Also he is misbehaving me and not listening to my statements and not screw my laptop and also say come after 2-3 days, when all work is almost complete. Also he trying to damage my laptop in CD drive my not screwing correctly. Seeing this i am amazed . I am very dissapointed with dell service center .                     I am also experience the same with DELL LAPTOPS since last 8months for machine replacement Dell have lost of excuses to cheat the customers, once purchased the DELL product just forget of your money and u will get nothing from them...they manufactuer only one machine of any series model world wide ..i[censored] had any issues under warrant or in any case of machine replacement is needed, they will have only one answer that they don't have the same to same machine in the entire world, and they will force u to accept refurbished or under rated quality machines. My case ID[protected], I am behind these people past from last October 2021. My sincere request to you all in this group... don't trust Dell brand products and don't. Wast your time, money and energy wiht this qaulity less products...

                      I have also made payments for the parts that needs to be replaced.

                      I have been following up with the Service Center every now and then they say they don't have idea as to when the parts will be delivered nor can they track it or contact anyone to get the status of the parts.

                      Dell being such a good company will have such poor communication network was not expected.

                      When I call the service center they ask me to speak to customer care and vice versa. This has been going on. I am about to leave Dell

                        On August 18, my monitor complaint was registered by calling your toll free number.[protected] and gave a number like this, after constant communication through whatapp and mail (gave them the picture and bill copy they asked for) finally the customer informed me that they can get the shipping address and send the monitor, today again,

                        " Dear Anandhu Sasidharan,
                        This mail is related to your recent interaction with Dell Tech Support.
                        Please take two slips of paper and write your name, case number, date and time on it. Stick
                        These paper slip on front and back side of monitor screen

                        Capture the monitor images with the paper slips attached and share it with us

                        A mail has been sent, what should I do, please repair my monitor as soon as possible, otherwise you don't have to waste your valuable time, I have never seen such a dirty service for any other product, maximum customer annoyance service from Dell.

                          I've brought my laptop (Dell Inspiron core i3)on 11th August 2022 and just by that day onwards this product keeps on freezing .It freezes to such an extent that you can't continue working. I've tried connecting to the Dell support so many times but all they do is Direct me to the same process and when i ask them "will this happen again?" All the time they replied "no ma'am this issue has been fixed by us". But this keeps on happening. They even told us to take the laptop to the local shop I've bought it from but even they were irresponsible and when i told the shopkeeper that I'll complaint about his such behaviour to the Dell company he's associated with, he directly said "I don't care". This might be simply a business to you Dell India but you don't have the slightest idea how badly one would have arranged the money to invest in it because their kids need to study. Not all places have great local education system, so kids these days try to accelerate through online teaching from best of the best teachers across the country. But guess what you even took that opportunity from me. I'm going to give my jee mains and advance paper next year and i need to study for it. My laptop isn't working from the very first day. Each day is important in the life of a jee aspirant and don't bother because it's just a business for you. You guys pressurise students to such an extent that they take wrong steps. I've been thinking about the money my parents put in this laptop and it isn't working. They've brought the wifi connection but the laptop isn't working. All they did so i can continue my online classes with least of disturbances but your product leaves me with nothing but regret for choosing it. Thank you very much to just the business department known as Dell Department for not taking care of any such issue by your customer. And again you might just call to fix it by the same steps which I've been doing all the time as told by your support assists.

                              I have purchased my Dell Vostro 3500 laptop on[protected]. From last 2 -3 months there have been hardware issue related to fan. I have submitted my laptop at Ahmedabad, India on 12-8-22 and they have identified the issue as the same. But still i have not got my laptop back, as they are saying that there is unavailabllity of parts so they are not able to fix it. I have been facing soo many delays because of it. Customer service is the worst, they never pick up calls, not do they respond back. Fed up with this blame game on different reasons. Please fix my problem asap

                                Dell Laptop Inspiron 15 3511 - Damaged Hinges & Screen

                                Please note that I purchased a Dell Laptop on 31.10.2021 from Croma Stores for Rs.56, 840/-.

                                After purchasing the next day, I only complained for the batteries were too hot but not any resolution received.

                                I received my laptop on the 17th of august 2022, The laptop was defective from the day I purchased it. I want to replace it, I contacted the dell service several times and no one is helping me out.
                                My laptop has a strong heating issue, like, it heats up in2 minutes.
                                and it also has some hinge issues. there is a gap between the panel and the body which produces a sound and a strain while opening the lid.
                                I want to replace the system.
                                please help me, I have purchased this laptop for my studies. Already a lot of time has been wasted, please help me.
                                customer service is providing the service setup but I don't want my new laptop to be repaired. why they have sent me defected laptop?

                                  I unfortunately bought dell laptop which I didn't used atleast for 8-10 hrs in 3months
                                  I got to know it is having issues with few keys in keyboard and screen, I gave complaint just after knowing... no positive response from dell

                                  What if any one bought a new laptop and open the laptop after 1month and get to know that they received defected laptop.. still Dell deny the replacement?

                                  Atleast it should see the up time and consider..

                                    I purchased dell inspiron 5418 on 04.05.2022 at Dell himayathnagar store, Hyderabad telangana. I didn't used the laptop atleast for 24hrs in 3 months. It's having issues with keyboard and screen. Few keys in laptop are not working and the monitor is also having one white line. I gave complaint to dell 10.08.2022. I requested dell for whole unit replacement but they denied.

                                    If I want part replacement in 3 months o[censored]se I should have chosen a second hand laptop but why there is a need for a new one?

                                    I got to know the truth that they will display 1 yr warranty blah blah blah etc but the truth is they will sell the defected products and in warranty they will replace parts and will make consumers fools.

                                    In my mail I requested so many times to raise the fresh request but every time they are forwarding the same mail as denied.

                                    Hence I request your Good self to help me in getting the whole unit replacement.

                                      I got to know the truth that they will display 1 yr warranty blah blah blah etc but the truth is they will sell the defected products and in warranty they will replace parts and will make consumers fools.

                                      In my mail I requested so many times to raise the fresh request but every time they are forwarding the same mail as denied.

                                      Hence I request your Good self to help me in getting the whole unit replacement.
