Dell India — Graphics driver was unable to update

I am facing problem with my laptop (dell inspiron 5548) graphics driver update and want solution of it asap so i called dell support so that i can get my graphics driver updated but was very unsatisfied with the tech support guy(soumik dhar) i didnt asked him from where he was calling but i want the higher authorities to take action against him.Unsatisfied due to:- 1.As per telephonic conversation with him i told him the issue what he told that i have to format my laptop without saying that my graphics driver wont update and it will remain same which i dont want(i want my graphics driver updated) 2.He told me to format my laptop by saying it will resolve the issue which helped me nothing. 3.Arguing nature 4.Dont know how to talk with dell customers 5.He has no knowledge at all regarding the laptop 6.Thinks customers as stupid that whatever he will tell we will agree 7.Disconnected my call.
