Dell India — Hardware damage on new laptop on the first day

For Expandable Ram we asked the shopkeeper and he did so by opening the newly bought laptop in front o[censored]s and ended up breaking one of the locks and one screw slot also. Now the laptop is not even one day old and has already hardware issues.
