Dell India — Heating issues and storage space issues

I had purchased Dell Laptop on July 18, 2021. The specifications of the laptop is as follows:

There are heating issues with the laptop. While purchasing the laptop, it was told that there are no heating issues. Also, the onedrive space gets full and was supposed to be 1 TB.
