Hi, I purchased just 8 months back, and only 2 months, issues started popping up. I'd ask you to read up all my Whatsapp chats with Dell, because I have explained ALL my issues countless times to your people, but to no avail. This is a terribly pathetic CUSTOMER care that you provide and I don't intend to just take it quietly.
The issue that occurred most recently is that the wireless card had some issues. This lead to the system not recognising any WIFI networks when there were 3-4 available. The people at Dell tried to update the drivers, but to no avail. They finally got in a tech engineer to replace the wireless card, but the issue recurred just 3 days later. I have told Dell time and again that my system keeps giving up on me in the mid of my exams, but there seems to be no concern on their side.
Now, instead of studying for my exam which is in 7 days, like an ### I am constantly following up with Dell to get this mess sorted and they don't even have the decency to get on a call with me to discuss my options.
Absolutely hopeless and complete waste of my money. I am using all social media at my disposal to make people aware about how big of a scam you people are running. Enough is Enough. Was this information helpful? |
