I bought dell in 2013, big issues coming on my system so dell replaced it.
After that i got another year of warranty. On ending on warranty i renewed for 10000.
Around 25-30 services made on my system and the issue which is coming from march is 3 beeps sound. They keep sending parts again and again but their engineer not able to identify how the problem coming again and again. Issue reported on 3rd march continued till october2017
I asked for replacement or refund, but they said u r system is out of warranty now.
Then i requested collect the system and when u get issue fixed send it to me, but they are not willing to do so.
But issue coming from within the warranty.
If some better action not taken i will go to consumerforum with all services reports done till now.
I m really fed up of again and again sending same parts.
Uploaded pic of last 3 parts replacement.
And around 20-25 more such eorf i have.
