Chandra bose 0002 on jan 21, 2017 submit a complaint I have purchase new laptop in dell store it is not working properly (So please replace new laptop.). The problem is 1). My laptop is not getting charging properly 2). Battery backup is very pure, 3). Some times it getting suddenly stack and off, 4). If the cell phone is nearer the laptop it will be hang, 5). When we are installing civil engineering software's the laptops not working properly and hang, 6). Its working is very pure suddenly power off. 7) while charging the power button is not glowing 8) over heating problem.9) the xl sheet is not opening. Every day the new problem is arising.
