Dell India — I was been fooled while buying telling that this is the engineer using laptop which is not even meant to use for home use also.

As u can see the photo the pc was buyed fro the dell authorized center which is located in vera desai andheri west...when we went to the store our requirenment was to buy a pc which can be used for a architecture student and we clearly mentioned him we want a pc which is best for autoocadd and 3d max and we didnt tell him hw much is our budget because we wanted the best laptop so he showed us Inspiron 3542
Service Tag: 7WV5532 | Express Service Code: [protected] he suggested this is the best laptop yet for engineering students and we went for it after the date of purchase i faced many problems like when i start up the pc it heated even word excel application used to load for long time and when it used to hang for 1 to 1 and half hour within 2 weeks i called up dell amfacing so so problem they told to contact is dell support email so troubleshoot and all went everytime i used to complain no reply ...than i tried to install autocadd and here i realized i was been fooled as soon as i installed autoocadd the pc was crashed this went on i didnt use cad than after 1 year when i came back from my university i told my parents pc isnt working so i contacted dell for more than 2weeks no reply than 3rd week they sent a engineer who told me iam fooled this pc is just meant for home use i cant use this pc for study purpose or autocadd purpose this pc is just meant for home use u cant use so he went and requested company to change the motherboard because it got crashed ...so than i directly went to the dell authorised dealer in vera desai he told me its engineering used laptop only and its my luck fault i have not get a good laptop ur star didnt work for the laptop not my fault i have just given what company has given u and he sent me to the dell service center which is in crystal plaza there he told he cant help for my any problem go and vist other service centerin andheri subway so i didnt go than...yesterday engineer came and fitted the motherboard he also told you were been fooled its not company fault its dealer who have fooled to sell his product its just meant for home use now i have 1 question who the hell will pay 70 thousand for just home use leave home use this pc dont even respond for any application i never used it even after paying so much money its waste its just a showpiece today a person from dell called name hira singh he told we cant help u with autocadd and 3d max its dealers fault go catch him i told him no 1 is ready to accept there mistake what should i do i will complain to consumer he told complain werever u want to complain ???????what should i do i dont have so much time to run behind this iam total loss money waste time waste i have wasted so much of time behind this wasnt able to work on my assignments my autocadd project ...i have lost my hopes pls i request consumer court to help me as soon as possible iam just requesting dell to replace me with a better pc which i can use for my architecture use autocadd 3d max thats it i just want dell to give me a replaced pc to used cadd and 3d max thats it.dealers number[protected]\+91 [protected]
