Dell India — I'm complaining about the laptop

I'm using dell insp 3567 intel core 13, 4gb ram, windows 10
From the start the laptop has the problem of hanging frequently. One of the two alternate keys is too not working from the starting. Even if i play a song or movie there is a buffering in between and at that time the system too gets hanged.
I want my system to be exchanged with a new one as this laptop is not functioning properly from the start.

My laptop problem audio /video play hone ke bad bhi sound ahi hota hai
key bord ka koi button press karne par sound hota hai

Since last 3 months many times contacted to dell team but again the same prob ie system hanged prob repeating again &again even dell team has replace the hard disc but again same prob exist.

Please replace and provide me new dell laptop
