Dell India — improper functioning of windows 10 store

I bought a dell inspirion 15 3000 series this month that's october 4th, 2017. And its windows store in not opening when ever i try to open the store it's showing sever stumbeled, we all have bad days. So what's to be done? I hope you all will solve my problem because a pc wihout store is nothing becouse we need to download things from it. Please notice my problem
