I have been contacting the dell helpline from a May 8th 2025 onwards, they are saying they are resolving but they are not doing anything actively to resolve it.
It's a high-end laptop which I have got and OS is not working properly, it is hanging a lot & heating a lot too and I have been getting windows error.
I have written mail several times to grievance officer too but my issue not resolved.
Deepika from advanced resolution team is looking into the case but they dont seem to care to resolve the issue.

Updated by pooh21 They decided to replace motherboard and ssd but they are so cunning that they decided to send me a poor quality of motherboard with less performance and quality which has all the features missing when compared to original laptop specs. My laptop costed more than 1 Lakh and its disappointing to see this behavior by their team.
