I gave my laptop to authorised service center for repair and dell rejected my parts replacement.dell is saying that the motherboard serial number does not match with my laptop id.and it belong to another laptop.i asked them to check the serial number of motherboard so they can find where it is sold and can identify what really happened.they said they dont do anything like that and repeated they cant give me warranty replacement.i asked them details of my laptop actual motherbord serial and the one in side now, they said they cant give me any details related to that even its my laptops.i exteneded my warranty in november and after that i gave for service.its their responsibility to check my laptop thoroughly and give me warranty intsead of that they only asked me for an automated test and screenshots now they are not giving me warranty and also any details about the serial numbers and all so that i can file a proper complaint Was this information helpful? |
