Dell India — inspiron i3 complaint no[protected] dated 19.03.2018 - replacement

I purchased the subject laptop having service tag no. 3fwgkj2 in dec 2017. From the day one i found defect in the product. I faced the problem of slow speed of the product from the day one and recently it became blank. I lodged complaint on 19.3.2018 through companies telephonic complaint mechanism and requested for replacement. However nothing has been done so far. Due to lethargic services of the company, i am facing lot of difficulties in my official duties. This is a defect in consumer service on part the company. I therefore request you to look into the matter and resolve the issue by replacing the product.
