I have bought Dell Vostro laptop 3500 (Service tag Nos. 7LN09D3) on 19th April, 2021. It was working fine, however on 21st April, 2022, the screen gone blank and totally blackout. I took the laptop to the nearby Dell Exclusive store for screening the issue. However, since I missed the warranty by 2 days, the technician are charging me Rs. 1500 only for checking the issues.
I even called the Dell Customer care number and raised a complaint for the repair of my laptop (Case number:[protected]. I have raised complaint on 22nd April, 2022 and was asked to wait for 48 hrs to receive the quote. Today is 26th April, 2022 I have not received any email nor any quote.
I am not able to use my laptop for almost a week now and there is nothing much left I can do. I was hoping for the better service from Dell when I purchased the laptop but it was just a misunderstanding. I regret my decision now for purchasing the Dell product.
I genuinely request you to look into the matter at the earliest. It's been hardly a year I have bought the laptop and neither I can trust third party for repairing nor I am getting any support from Dell support. Kindly look into the matter at the earliest. Was this information helpful? |
