Dell India — Issue with touchpad and sound/ voice

I purchased Dell Inspiron 13 7000 2-in-1 on August 10, 2020 and the touchpad is non-functional within 1 year and the voice / sound on web calls is also of poor quality. Could you send some technical person to check into the matter and fix the problem.

The product has been under safe use and no physical damage has happened to laptop
