This is Jyotsna from Hyderabad and we have recently purchased Dell Inspiron3501 (i5-1135g7/8gb/1tb/Int/W10/15.6FHD) laptop on 7 March 2021 thinking this is the BEST of all but we are highly regret for buying DELL product now.

Ever since we have bought this laptop issues started firstly the camera would get switch off on its own while using Zoom and Google Meet and it was very slow. We contacted the store person he referred some DELL engineer and we have spoken to him and he says there should be some X memory which is totally non sense. If camera works for Zoom and Google meet on mobile with less memory why can't it work on laptop. And recently some Dell Engineer has taken laptop and advised to get the SSD installed for getting the issues fixed. We said ok and paid 5500 INR for SSD and later laptop was fast and worked fine for a 5 days only . On 6th day again we had same issue camera gets switched off without any reason and after 2 days BATTERY DIED which is very strange and system throws a message regarding OS. Now without charging laptop doesn't get switched on. WE REQUEST FOR THE REPLACEMENT OF THE LAPTOP AND KINDLY REQUEST YOU TO LOOK INTO THIS ISSUE IMMEDIATELY. AND I TELL YOU CUSTOMER CARE SUCKS, I HAVE CALLED TWICE NO ONE GETS IN CONTACT AND ONE GUY SAID THAT HE IS NOT RIGHT PERSON AND WILL CONNECT TO TECHNICAL GUY, NO ONE CONNECTED AND I WAITED FOR 30 MINUTES. MUST SAY I AM HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED WITH DELL SERVICES AND WILL NEVER EVER RECOMMEND OR PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM DELL.
Kindly look into this matter immediately.
