Sir/Madam, I Rasheed purchased Dell Inspiron 3554 Purchase Date: 25/12/2015 – From Dell Exclusive store thirur . Within a week of purchase I notice that there is problem with the CD drive, it is not working properly. which I immediately inform to Dell Exclusive store . They advise me to contact Dell Customer support. Upon contacting Dell customer support, bearing patience killing wait, I followed steps as told by your technician but till the end.but it is not working properly. Was this information helpful? | |||
