Dell India — laptop not repaired till 1-2 months

My dell service tag no-7xb21g2. I register a service request regarding keypad and touchpad problems after that engineer came at my home exchange it. After that some another problems detected by engineer that battery issue, and wifi card. Then he replied me another service request logged but after that no any acknowledgment received on email or mobile. The most bad service provided by dell. I never choose again dell or suggest to others. Hp and acer and some others companies provide best services than dell.

My laptop is closed and it's in Warranty. I took it to the shopkeeper, but I have to leave the computer
