Dell India — Laptop not working and warranty issue | |||||
Well i am extremely unhappy and dissatisfy with the dell as they made me fool. I purchased dell inspiron 3542 from dell retailer (Rskrish technology and services laxmi nagar) on 6th september2015. After 10 months my laptop crashes and didnt start again. When i contacted to support they checked the information about my product and gave me a shocking reply that my laptop is out of warranty. When i said its not even an year old then how the warranty can be expired! They said they can't do anything utill i dont have warranty on it. I contacted to the dealer about it he said it will take 3-4 days to update the warranty so i waited for a week still the warranty was out of date i emailed several dell people and also called them still nothing better happened. Its been more than 3 weeks now my computer is dead and my warranty is not updated yet. I really wasted my 41000 on this terrible company and its services which is zero. They dont think for their customer just want to get money and selling the old and garbage products to the customers. I am really so frustrated with dell and seriously suggest people if they dont want to get cheat and feel like me please dont go for dell... Whats the benefit now if they update my warranty before a day of its end! I will go to any local shop to fix my laptop... Dell seriously a terrible service provider...
