I have purchased a Dell laptop approx 2 months back and I started facing problems in it after using it for few days, I lodged a complain as well to Dell and they told me that their service engineer will look into this matter and issue will be resolved. He tried to troubleshoot the laptop and even engineer visited my place but after all this, i am in the same position.
The laptop is still same and I am facing problems as usual and they don't have any permanent solution for this. I told them to replace my machine to the new one but they are denying it. I told them I want a permanent solution but they are incapable of doing so and saying we don't have the policy to return it. I purchased this laptop from my hard earn money and not able to use it.
It seriously so much mentally and physically harassing. please do the needful and help me to get out of the situation.
