I purchased laptop on april 2017. It is not working that time. I called your customer care no. They checked my a
Laptop and he found its motherboard was not working. He said that he will only replace my motherboard. But i m not agree. I want to replace my laptop because motherboard is major part of laptop. Your product is defected. New laptop and its matherbaord failed. I not trusted this laptop. It is my humble request. Plz change my laptop thank u
