Dell India — mis-alignment of the display hinge on my dell[protected] laptop | |||
Sir, I had gone for a dell inspiron 7000 series 7560 with 1 year warranty &1 year accidental damage warranty for cost of rs70, 000 from your authorized showroom avoiding my father's advice to go for hp of same configuration. I was sold a defective one with mis-alignment on its display hinge, within a short period of time i found the defect when searching for express service code, though i couldn't find it at the time of purchase now which was acknowledged by your service team that there is a mis-alignment. After paying 70000 for the cost of laptop putting aside my fathers word of going for a hp is it my fate that i have to use a defective dell branded laptop? It is highly shameful on the part of reputed company like yours not giving replacement for a defective on its hinge (Bezeless display) one which i had purchased within its warranty. Asked me for money in order to process an order for Adapter. 3rd july
Once done they told me they are out of stalk and cant give the same. 5th july
committed to proceed with refund. 5th July
It's 28th July and yet no refund .
even after So many calls, no proper follow up, lot of fake promises, lot of delay
