When i go to dell service center for fan is not working problem, then he is negotiating to do the work after 2-3 days and it is very basic work. But when i say that i have to install SSD then he immediately convinced to do the work right now . Because he is seeing his commission in that case. But after listening to the SSD prize i decide to install it later. and that agent is now decided not to give the laptop, when it is fully installed. Also he is misbehaving me and not listening to my statements and not screw my laptop and also say come after 2-3 days, when all work is almost complete. Also he trying to damage my laptop in CD drive my not screwing correctly. Seeing this i am amazed . I am very dissapointed with dell service center .
