Dell India — mouse maintenance

I would like to inform you that i had purchased one dell mouse at your retailer m/s pranavam technologies pvt ltd, calicut on 6 months back and they said me 1 year warranty and after two months it was become non-operable after that i had visited the retailer (Pranavam technologies) and they are inform me that they will replace the same within 2 weeks and will contact you in mobile, but so far i am not received any call at their end i visited frequently at the office and not received any confirmation as of now, on today they said me that its not our job to clear the replacement and using some abusing word against me, so i
Decided to initiate a complaint at consumer court against the company and retailer as i am not received any replay from your end, my mail id is sujeesh. [protected]@bafindia.com
