I have ordered an inspiron laptop last week. I have paid money through upi and my money got deducted in my bank account . It was given that i would receive a confirmation mail within 24 hours. But its been a week now. I did not receive any mail regarding my order. And also i called the dell support number. They made me wait for nearly 30 mins. And then cut my call. And this happened two times. I wasted a lot of time but did not get any information about my order. And again i called but the call did not reach them at all. I wonder did they block my number. Please dont do this mistake. Customers wont believe u then. And i hope i will get my information soon Was this information helpful? |
