Dell India — New dell battery having back up of only 1 hr 15 min | |||||
Dear Sir, I have purchased a dell battery 6CELL 14R/15R(4YRJH) from M/s Arham Enterprise(Shop No D110 Zanda Chowk Gandhidham) on 01.01.2016. However the back up of the battery is only 1 hr and 15 minutes. I have also contacted the above authorized store but the person say that it is alright. Please provide suitable solution in this case.
