I have purchased a Dell Laptop 16th/JAN/2021 and I liked to take extended warranty, I contacted Dell WhatsApp support team and they sent me one link to register, I registered to that link and I got a message that "Your request has been sent successfully. We will contact you within two business days.", but I did not got any response, again I register but I did not get any response.
Then I again contacted WhatsApp team, now they have given one number to call[protected], I contacted 1st time the executive said he is transferring the call to sales department, he did that and after some time it got disconnected. Again I tried again call transferred to sales Team and my call was connected and the executive disconnected without any proper response.
