Dell India — No Transparency/Malpractices/Lying

Through dell sales agent on Dell website, I purchased a laptop.I made payment on Aug 26, 2016. I got mails feom CompuIndia that order has been processed and shipped . They gave me fake tracking Id on email.Being caught, they mentioned some operational issue.Today September 11, 2016.I have no clue of receiving shipment. Upon that i received a mail on ownership/ warranty transfer for used laptop.I asked for refund but no response yet. I can't trust whether they can deliver what has been quoted.

Left side of my laptop 's USB jack, not less

When i open any one drive in my system that select all drive at a time and open also all drive.

When i work with MS Excel the cell automatically goes upwards .

i have also informed about this problem to local retailer and he has said me this is all about keyboard Arrow Keys problem.
