Dell India — Not Comfort With Dell Support | |||
I am sibin, i have Dell Inspiron 3542 model... Now suddenly i got problem with display of my laptop some lines are coming and its spreading all over the system. I have Dell parts warranty with expiry date of December 2017. Then to Solve my problem i called the for technical support they troubleshooted my system and identified that there is no other problem to my laptop so that technician told me you have replacement warranty we dispatch one technician and he took my system and will solve and replace the display. But unfortunately i am not satisfied with that technician i think he not proficient in his work, he is saying some internal problems are there so you don't have accidental warranty. So have to pay money. Actually there is no physical damages or scratches or any kind of damage. He closed that service request. Now they are believing only his words... not listening to me.. "So This my Complaint i have the parts replacement warranty so dell is responsible for the genuine complaint... " I brought this model because of this additional 2 year parts replacement warranty. If Dell not ready to replace my display its kind of Customer cheating. I hope a positive action from Dell side. Was this information helpful? | |||
