Dell India — Not getting Battery for Dell Laptop Inspiron 7567 | |||
I purchased a Dell Inspiron 7567 laptop in April 2018. (S/N : FMHMX32, Express Service Code: [protected]) Battery of the same has gone faulty, I have tried for battery since more than six months at Local dealers and local market, but found not available. I spoke with Dell customer service and also Supervisor on number [protected] on 6th Oct'2021, but they disconnected the call without completing the conversation and told me that Battery is not available.Which is not a problem of Customer. If Dell can not provide parts then why Dell selling such laptops? I am very upset with this type of service by Dell and its executives. In future I may consider not to go for Dell products. Arranging the parts is completely the responsibility of Dell. I received details for my complaint on 6th Oct'2021 as Case Number :[protected]/Service Request: [protected]], but on 8th Oct I found that my service request has been closed without any response or the solution by Dell India. I had also sent emails at ITS.Consumer.[protected]@dell.com and [protected]@dell.com on 6th Oct'2021 but received no email or response till today from them. I request to provide me with a battery immediately or exchange this Laptop for another Dell laptop. Was this information helpful? | |||
