[Resolved] Dell India — optane memory fault - no resolution yet, even no commitment | |||||
Dear sir, I bought dell inspiron 15, 5570, laptop in june'18. Unfortunately from nov'18, it was giving issue of slow performance and finally stopped working. After visiting authorized service center, they turned it on and replaced parts as per sr. From then optane memory is not working and they dont even informed me about the same. Till date there is no resolution. 3 sr they were created and two they have closed, without any service resolution. It looks they are not able to find the cause of issue and doing trial and error, with one by one part replacement. Today the told me, required part is not available in india and not sure about the availability, so they are closing the complaints again. When part will be available, they will replace. From last 1.5 months i am facing the issue, without any issue. Requesting for quick resolution. Was this information helpful? | |||||
Jan 22, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved Complaint has been Successfully resolved today, with an intervention of Advanced Resolution Group.
Special thanks to Mr. Sharmil.KM ([email protected]), to take the whole process (being parts under replacement & service appointment) professionally for a quick/ transparent resolution.
My laptop is now performing as earlier and So far I did intensive work for 6 hr & is under observation.
