Dell India — Problem with Desktop Screen

Whenever we are switching on the power on the Desktop, the screen display shows, couldn't connect to the network. keep your device on, and we'll look for solution again in: .& it takes the time more 40min, & also it is repeating again. daily the same issue is persistent when we are switching on the system/desktop.

from the last month(10/10/2025) the incident is happening and we are calling the toll free number, instead of solutions we are just getting a callback text message and no update later on.
