Very depressed with the product quality as well as service of DELL. See the Date wise developments given below: 1. Date of purchase: 11th October 2021; E Commerce Platform: Flipkart; Seller: Indospirit Private Limited, Ship-from Address: Building no 5, Mouza Chandipur, Harinarayanchak & Amraberia in JLno. 9, 55 and 8, uluberiaDistrict Howrah, West Bengal 711316, Howrah, WEST BENGAL, India - 711316, IN-WB GSTIN - 19AAFCI2112P1ZE Price: Rs.81, 690/- 2. Date of Receipt: 14th October 2021 3. Date on which laptop stopped working: 24th October 2021 4. Date of complaint lodged: 24th October 2021 Till date, complaint has not been resolved. Its already been 45 days. After spending such a huge amount, we are left with no laptop and our work is highly hampered. Neither Dell Technical support team nor Dell Replacement team could resolve issue till now. Service Tag of the complaint: G0JV663 Express Service Code: [protected]. Dec 30, 2021 Complaint marked as Resolved Dell Company has refunded the full amount that we have paid for purchasing the laptop. They could not replace with the same model of the laptop that we have purchased. The model offered by them was not acceptable to us. So, we chose for refund of our amount.
