Dear Madam/Sir,
I had purchased the Laptop on 8th Oct 22, and had taken extended warranty (Festive offer), in Oct 22, which was activated in Nov 22.
The Invoice and the Warranty screen shot (101022S0770521) is attached in the mail sent to Dell Technical Support ([protected]@help.dell.com) and [protected]@grgindia.in.

I have received Ticket Closure mail from Dell Offer Helpline, then when I had written back, they have sent a mail to contact "Customer Care" for "Updation of the warranty".
I have received similar mail from Dell Technical Support to get in touch with Customer Care for updation of the warranty.
I am being made a football and being dancing between different departments, without any resolution.
My Lap Top Details are:-
1)Service Tag of the Laptop is 4YGRXR3,
2)Ex:[protected],
3)DPN:DJG28A00,
4)Reg Model:P105F306.
5) Invoice No.2022-23/356
6)Model : G15-5511.
I would be forced to take the case to the Consumer Court, if, not resolved amicably within this week end (8th Aug 2025)!
