I purchased a laptop 10-12 days ago only. SERVICE TAG 4P5HXR3.
The touchpad has stopped working and the windows screen is frequently freezing.
The touchpad of the laptop has stopped working 4 times in 10 days.
I talked to dell technical support regarding the issues I am facing, they said that this might be a driver issue. I reinstalled the windows and updated all the drivers. I performed all the troubleshooting steps mentioned by the technical support representative
But the issue has not been resolved yet.
I paid Rs. 54489 for this PC with the help of my education loan.
I have been suffering since the day I purchased this laptop.
Dell Vostro 15 3510, this model heats a lot too.
I informed this issue earlier also to the dell support team. but for a short interval of time, the touchpad started working.
But now, it has stopped working again and again . and it is completely stopped working. this is dell's fault, why would I suffer.
I am not satisfied with the product. please help me I have purchased this PC for my study purposes and not for performing troubleshooting steps daily.
please either issue the refund or provide the replacement.
What I have noticed is that the replacement team send the repaired laptops on replacements.
I want to buy a laptop myself on the dell site otherwise they will again send me the faulty used repaired system on replacement.
please allow me the same, if possible . IF not possible, please assure me to send a fresh new system.
please help.
