Dell India — Regarding failures in product.. No one paying attention

Hello sir
i purchased a laptop on 18 nov 2015 and since starting it is not working properly.
Till date its keyboard, touch pad, speakers, and 3-4 lcd display has been replaced and now its wifi adapter is not working.
I asked customer care to replace this faulty product but every time they denied.
Now when i'm complaining they either disconnect or asked me to call after 2-3 hrs. I complain many times on mails to but they are not replying neither any call back has been arranged by them.
So, is this the service they people promise to provide ?
i'm very very disappointed by this product..it proves worst..i'm not getting proper services no replies for my complain.
Now please tell me what to do ?

nishantjogi's response Keypad not working properly facing so much problem scroll problem is very high please solve the problem as early as possible
