My complaint details is below:

I have got email from dell team below:
"please note, dispatch number (Dps #[protected] has been generated for you for an onsite visit by a dell technician.
The technician will reach out to you once they receive the replacement parts (Normally 2-3 working days). To check the status of your dispatch please click here.
If you need any further help with your computer, you may contact us by replying to this email (Do not change the subject line). Once we receive your email, you will get a response within 24 hours or within your specified timeframe."
My reference details is below:
Dell service tag: bln1gw2 [case number : 73840071/service request: [protected]] [ ref:_00d0bgamp._5002r1aqlc5:ref ]
As dell team has mentioned above that our technician will reach within 2 to 3 working days but till now i have not got any response from dell team why it is delaying?
So it is my personal request to you that please resolve the issue as highest priority because day by day screen display issue is increasing and my critical work will stop.
