Dell India — Replacement of laptop is not done from last 6 months

I have purchased the Dell laptop in April 2021 and I. 3 months it stopped working and till I have faced many issues and finally they approved to replace the laptop. From last 6 months I have not used the laptop. I have been calling customer care multiple times no response or update from there end and not even from replacement team.
I have not purchased the laptop to keep in locker. I have booked course to learn and for that I need laptop to practice. Now it has became joke to them.

So when this will get resolved. I don't have trust on Dell company and it's products.
Please help me to get my money back and I don't want to waste my time to follow up with them. It's frustrating from last 6 months.
