Dell India — Retailer did not update my bill online

S tower new coloney janti market ext. M. I road jaipur rajasthan 302001 }.in my laptop speaker are not working so i reached to custmer service center and they said that my laptop warranty is over on[protected] but i purchase my lapee on[protected] so he said that bill is not updated online so please update and than we can replace the speakers so please help me in this...!!!
