I have had a bad experience from the time i purchased dell 7560, for which dell replaced it in may 2017 for mouse pad issues as when the mouse pad was replaced with refurbished part it became more worse.
Anyways the laptop was replaced aftr may 22 2017 approx and it was a good journey for june july august and issues again popped up in september with the sound and led battery notification.
On reporting a motherboard issue was found in just 3 months o[censored]se of a new laptop even after replacement.
Currently they are ready to replace my motherboard with a refurbished motherboard but what's the gaurantee that it may not ruin as you cannot trust a refurbished part.
When the new motherboard itself gave an unexpected issue.
The solution given to customer has been not satisfactory because the customer has been suffering and its not even a usage of 1 year.
No stability at all.
If the solution had a bit of security it would be called a good resolution for the customer but here the customer is left to. Suffer.
No courtesy.
It's a waste to invest 80, 000 and buy such laptops. Wherein the product is not stable for even a year. Was this information helpful? |
