I bought this inspiron 5567 on 21st of this month and within a week i observed pixel flikering on my screen and blue dots everywhere when i updated my graphic amd card from the dell official site, moreover there is issue with the touchpad as it stop responding to clicks sometimes and brightness keys stop working too, i called customer care and they sent me some graphic drivers as soon as i installed them the lappy it showed me errors and went into reset mode, i let it reset completely and then windows wasnt perfectly installed or some issues due to which my lappy went too slow so i took it to the service center in andheri west, mumbai and there after they diagnosed they informed me as the software is working fine and hardware is having issues specifically the motherboard and as i called customer care he said if there is a hardware issue detected by the service center they shouldnt repair it and i should inform customer care again as they will replace my complete system in some days, as its a policy of 30 days after purchase please do the needful because its just been 8 days today and im not with my system which is quite a problem as i bought it in an urgency and now a faulty piece has ceased my work totally so i want dell to replace my system asap as its quite expensive and this is not what i expected from dell.
