I have purchased a new Dell Laptop (Model - Inspiron 15 3000) on 14th March 2022 for price Rs 46000/-. This laptop was kept unused for next 3 weeks as I was using already working on my old laptop. when I started using this new laptop, initially no issue was noticed but gradually when working time on this laptop was increasing, I use to notice that touch pad is started getting hanged many times.
then I contacted to Dell center from where it was purchased. they checked it and told that this issue may arising because of Ms Office software so need to re-install Ms Office again.
For re-installing the same version of MS OFFICE they required my outlook id and password which was first time created when laptop was purchased. otherwise this MS OFFICE version will be lapsed and then other pirated version shall be installed. I tried to retrieve the outlook login detail through dell customer support. unfortunately it could not get retrieved and this exercise took more than a week.
now I again contacted to Dell Center and this time they told that there is issue in touch pad which shall be replaced by Dell team after creating complaint ticket at their Support System. I register this issue on 4th May 2022 and from 4th May till today the issue has not been resolved, but only they are sending message through whatsapp that Parts is not available in the market. I requested to change my laptop but they have not responded.
My job work is much suffering due to this. Its company responsibility to change the problematic part or replace this laptop with new one.
