Dell India — web page connectivity complaint for dell inspiron 15 3000 series | |||||
An Online complaint was lodged with Dell India for my Dell Inspiron 15 3000 Series for which Service charges were paid online in advance for Rs. 1359/=. Despite me taking a proactive approach in contacting the Dell representatives for necessary repairs telephonically the Dell people have not yet resolved my problem and neither have they bothered to contact me further for resolving the problem. I have also informed their officials by reply email that the drivers sent by them by email for reinstallation cannot be installed due to reasons unknown to me and hence the webpage connectivity issue still persists. However, no company personal has contacted me any further to advice me on the issue.
