Dell Inspiron — Unable to install ubuntu

I am unable to install ubuntu in dell inspiron, i try call to technical team ther are not responding, they keep call oh hold and no response, i am frustrate.
please help me

Updated by pravesh007 I try call to customer support for resolve this issue, But they are not responding. I am going to share my frustration level on Facebook and LinkedIn, Otherwise fix my this issue.

did you receive any error message while trying to install Ubuntu.

you need to disable UEFI boot and disable secure boot . enable legacy boot.
