Dell — Issue related to the nill response of the customer care team | |||
Sir/Madam, I've purchase a DELL INSPIRON 5547 Notebook on 21st october 2014 in Diwali offer(Invoice number-WSRP[protected], ServiceTag-JQCCK22).The product has an offer of 2 years of warranty extension and a gift vocher of Rs 3000 under the payment of Rs1500.I'm supposed to receive an SMS/EMAIL regarding the warranty extension and the payment details.I have not received any such SMS/EMAIL till now.I am trying to contact the customer care representative since the last two days but the response was nill...I've wasted my entire day trying to contact the customer care team...this is very bad from your side. I request, as well as warn you to solve my issue as soon as possible, else I don't even hesitate to take a legal action.
