Myself Mahesh P, I have purchased Dell laptop - Inspiron 3511 model in Oct'2021.
Service Tag: 2FMYYH3

I have issue with laptop display and it's hinge got broken. The same issue is already raised with your team.
I have contacted to Dell support team though Watsapp, Mail, Chat box and phone call.
Till now I didn't get any solution from anyone. I'm facing this issue from last 30ays, because of this my Office & personal work has been hampered.

I'm continuing follow up through all your ways, But no one take action.
All are saying, "We are in process".

I'm faded & fatigued to asked for solution again and again.
No one cares about customer issue and I am experiencing a Worst service from ur end!!!

Kindly take action and Please do the needful.
