I had purchased Dell monitor through Srishti Computer solutions vide invoice no.208 dated 12/02/2016. M/S Srishti Computer Solution Has purchased monitor of Dell bearing serial no.-S/N-CN-OMMK[protected]D-G2KB from M/S Sai Computerr vide its invoice no.-SC/RI/15-16/503 dated 12/02/2016 bearing VAT TIN [protected].
About 2 months ago a thin black lining appeared across the screen.Then I reported to the seller who replied that he has placed a complaint to Dell technical staff who would contact you, but nothing could happen. Later on on 21/06/2017 I lodged my complaint on Toll Free no. and in response of which Mr. Praveen Kumar got my complaint registered as Dell Technical Support. SR:[protected]. As per email instruction of Praveen Kumar, I mailed Photo of front and back view of monitor affixing slip containing serial no. of complaint, name, date and time., scanned copy of invoice, complete address with PIN code.
On 29/06/2017, Mr.Raghuraj A member of Technical support Team again demanded back view of the monitor and copy of invoice bearing VAT TIN. I again complied the requirements on 29/06/2017. But it could not satisfy the technical support and on 01/07/2017, Mr. Hari Kumar, again demand photo of back view of the monitor after removing cables and original copy of invoice bearing TIN. I again sent photo of back view as desired and copy of invoice bearing VAT TIN..Now I request that you please send a technical staff to my residence to examine the truth that the monitor purchased by me belongs to Dell and I am the right complainant. Kindly do not harass customers without whom no company can flourish in future. Now I am feeling harassed. Was this information helpful? |
