Dell — New Dell laptop crashed twice in less than one year

I purchased a Dell laptop Inspiron[protected] S#HV7102, Express Service Code[protected] from Sugan Computer Plaza, Chennai, India( Tel[protected],[protected] on 23rdMay 2014.It crashed in April 2015, hard disc was replaced on April 2nd 2015 but crashed again on May 21, 2015.Repeated complaints to Dell Service on May 21 but so far complaint not resolved.Lost a lot of data, additional memory purchased, Micrsoft Office software, anti virus software, etc.Delay is upsetting my work My phone [protected] Email [protected]@yahoo.com
