I Have DELL LATITUDE E5510, After the purchase warranty expired I bought extended warranty for another 2 more years, My bad luck my laptop wasn't given any issues during the warranty and extended warranty period. Since there was no issues i have not extended the warranty after 3 years
Now I have a problem in my display for this I had called up Technical support team and logged in the issue on January 21st 2016, I received a mail from DELL team on February 3rd stating is this for Personal or commercial use, and I replied for that.. As of now March 04, 2016 no reply from anyone after calling more than 20 times and sent more than 10 mails asking the status of the Service request.
What kind of lethargic service. which tends me not to suggest DELL products to nay one of my friends.
