Dell — non delivery of product after collecting payment for 7 months

All the stupid people sitting in the team of dell, you all people from dell think that i am stupid for past 7 months after collecting my money you keep on sending me such mails full of and doing nothing . you bloody could not replace my hard disk for so many months.
